I’ve been in love with FPV since I first came across it, yes, FPV (First Person View) is very exciting and I’m in love with it. I started flying with FPV drone at the end of 2011, initially flying with a fixed wing with a map and camera. I have witnessed the rapid development of the FPV industry. I still enjoy that today. We have slowly grown from a small team to a team of over 100 people and we are committed to providing pilots with high quality drones. Why my latest drone with TBS nano receiver unable to bind with TBS Tango remote controller ?
TBS company used new chip for TBS receiver .Please Upgrade the tango2 remote control and tuner to the latest firmware, and then replace the SD card file in the remote control with the latest firmware.

Why is my drone not turning on?
- Check the battery is fully charged
- Make sure the battery is plugged into the drone correctly
- Check for crash damage, moisture, corrosion, or burnt electronics

Why can’t I connect to Betaflight?
- Inspect the USB Cable and determine if it is a Data Cable and NOT a Charging Cable
- Disconnect any USB extension Cables and make sure the Drone is connected directly to the computer
- Check to make sure the correct Betaflight Version is installed on your computer
- Make sure the correct drivers are installed for your computer to detect the Drone

How many shipping methods can you provide?
We are currently able to ship orders to most international addresses. All of the parcels are shipped by air. Two shipping methods are provided for you now.

- Expedited Shipping (DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS ..ETC 5-10 business days *Recommended use above $150）

What is not included in the warranty claim?
- No purchasing record from GEPRC orauthorized dealers
- Cut off original power plug or not using reverse polarity protected plugs
- Wire damaged
- Any crash damage
- Humidity/Water inside
- Mechanical damage of electronical components/PCB
- Soldered on the PCB (except on external solder-tabs) and incorrect soldering If you have issues with soldering to smaller components…. STOP. Please seek professional assistance before attempting.
- Connected speed-control with reversed polarity. There are special components that are in use to detect when this happens.
